Q: How long will it take for me to receive my product(s)?

A: The majority of products are made-to-order and will take 3-5 weeks to be manufactured, checked for quality & shipped to you.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Each order that is placed will be fulfilled, and you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only.
